How Do I Get Started?
To get started now, simply follow the 4-Step Process outlined below:
- Register With Us
Complete our simple CASH REWARD PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and mail it to us at the address below. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.
- Locate Leads
Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any area, condition or price range. Ugly, run-down houses don't bother us.
- Refer Leads to Us
Submit our simple CASH REWARD REFERRAL FORM by mail or email. After sending someone to drive by the house and reviewing our Leads Database for duplicates, we will fax or email you a Cash Reward Confirmation indicating the number of qualified leads received and listed in our Leads Database with your name assigned.
- Get Paid!
Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
